I like the pricing element of the service and the personal relationship as well; It's not a computer tick box. We got the money that we required in an straightforward manner. I would recommend them without hesitation. They understand your point of view; It goes back to the relationship. You can do things while speaking to them without having to tick the boxes. The guy we met up there, Jay Lucas, is an exceptional young man. He gets it. He's not asking stupid questions. He knows what you want and what you're going for. I'd like them to supply all my money, and take over from the bank entirely. They're a good organisation. They're there to lend money and you're there to borrow money for whatever the reason, and they make the process as easy and as seamless as possible.
It's benefited the business as it's financed the capital assets, so we've been able to buy the assets with Arkles help. They're very very good.
Everything seemed to be very easy. I don't get involved in the financial side really, our accountants do, but I was recommended to Arkle last year. I spoke to Pauline and have now had 3 or 4 lots of finance with them. It's been very good. We managed to get things that we wouldn't have been able to buy at that time. I think they're very good compared to others. Very good indeed, all of them. They're very friendly so you don't feel like a stranger.
I like the personal touch; It's not just done by computer, you actually get to meet people and form relationships. We've been using Arkle for about 3 years. They compare well to other providers, they're good. It's enabled us to gain additional funding.
Ease of contact and speaking to one person would be the best thing I'd say. When you're dealing with other companies you tend to go around the houses a bit instead of one point of contact from the start. We deal in large assets so a lot of it is financed and generally the lack of involvement from me is the most important thing. I can just pass Arkle the information and then it's done. They're probably slightly above the curve shall we say because they're quicker to respond than other companies which is the main thing so far.
I like the personal service - I dealt with Paul and I got an instant decision about the things I needed to change. With Arkle I felt like more than just a number. I was dealing directly with the finance company and they were willing to work with you. It's just a different experience to dealing with all previous finance companies.
I also like the simplicity in dealing with it. There weren't mountains of paperwork needing to be done.
When we approached Arkle Finance nobody else would give us finance, but Arkle actually manually underwrote it and looked at us differently. It's amazing, it's allowed our business to get new vehicles when we were using fairly old ones before. We've been with them for about 11 years now. Everything's perfect. They're a really really good company.
Arkle are straightforward, friendly talking and ultimately delivered the finance that the business needed. They were accommodating and compromising as well. I've only used them as part of working with Surge Fitness and organising their asset finance. I thought Arkle were very commercial in so far as I had a number of criteria that were slightly unusual, potentially, for a business start up and Arkle managed to get as close to them as they could, certainly closer than any of the others. It's given Surge Fitness the finance package they wanted and potentially a long term relationship to do finance deals as the business expands.

After a short period of consultation we identified the most suitable finance product for them and so we were able to progress in a timely manner to meet all their deadlines and fulfil their needs. I think it was a very good example of how we engage with our customers to establish how best we can assist and then deliver by always doing what we say were going to-do when we say we will do-it.
I like the support. Everything about Arkle is fine. They provide a fast track service. We've been using them for a few months. Compared to previous finance providers they're good.
