Arkle Finance are very thorough. They're quick and provided me with good satisfaction. They're professional. Working with Arkle Finance has increased my workflow. They're much more personal than other similar companies I've used in the past.
It was more that the facilities Arkle Finance offer allow for some of the customers that find it harder to get finance; they facilitate the ability to get the finance easier. It benefits our business because it allows us to actually drive through a sale quicker. If we leave the customer to go and sort their own finance package it prolongs the whole order process. It's early doors with Arkle but overall we've been very pleased. We've only done the one so far, but we deal regularly with customers that are small limited companies that find finance difficult to get, so there will be more.
Sophie is absolutely amazing; always answering the phone without any delays, whenever we had any problems with the buyers Sophie was chasing them every day to make sure we had enough time to organise all the paperwork. I'm amazed and really impressed with the service. Thank you very much.
Things were fantastic. If there are delays it's always from the other side, from the buyers. I had another finance company and their APR was really high. Arkle's rate was way lower than other places.
I liked the personal nature of the engagement, the speed with which Arkle Finance reacted, and the no fuss attitude. The general idea with Arkle is they're very amicable and helpful. We've been able to grow our fleet working with Arkle. We use 15 banks and Arkle compares favourably.

I really liked the person I was dealing with. There was a good response time and He was really friendly and nice, like he actually cared. I was able to get finance for some essential equipment. They do what it says on the tin; There's nothing hidden, and no stings in the tail. That's all we expect, we just want people to deliver whatever they offer us. We get finance from many different sources and Arkle is one of them. They're one we're quite happy with so that's why we keep business with them.
It was easy to sort out and they were attentive. It was something we needed to do at the time and it worked out ok; Arkle were good. They obviously specialise in what we needed to do, which was buy an aeroplane, and I think they did a good job. Much better than a high street bank.
When I first started using them it was the friendly non-corporate, non-bank image that they gave that really stood out. The person I used to deal with has left and I've only dealt with the new chap once but he seems fine. We buy expensive assets (Entertainment equipment such as pool tables, juke boxes etc.) which can take us two years to make our money back on, so it makes keeping an eye on the cash flow a lot easier. There's been a lot of legislation added in recent years to stop dodgy traders and the like, so there are a lot of hoops to jump through with all the paperwork now, but Arkle make it as easy as possible. As the old adage goes: They do what they say on the tin. It's perfect.
